Step 1 Setup an Account and Login
A) Setup an account by completing the form on the left. You will be asked for a user name and password. You will receive a confirmation email and also be redirected to the member login screen.

| B) Login using you username and password by going to www.regclick.com/login.php. You can also go to the Regclick.com and click on the member login on upper right hand corner of the site. You will use this login for all logins to setup / or edit events and to see reports |
Step 2 Setup an Event(s)/ Ticket Sales Pages/ Donation Manager (after login)
- Add full event details/ descriptions
- Add Fee’s (multiple Event fee’s)
- Add Custom Banner’s / Footers to make the page to look like your site
- Decide on which Registrant Details you need to collect
- Add Additional Items. Merchandise, Donations, Other items (optional)
- Add Event Schedule (optional)
- Add Terms of Service/ Waiver (optional)
- Decide on Payment options (ie PayPal, custom gateway, other options available)
- Double Check work by going to Url and test to see if the display is the way you want it by using the url http://www.regclick.com/youreventpage, or click on http://regclick.com/upcoming.php and see your event here.
Step 3 Launch and Beyond
A) Share your events to you customer base by adding the link to your site.
B) Email blast to let your customers know about your event.
C) Create a new url and direct customers to new url (optional)
D) Edit event/ See Reports/ Edit registrants registered or add registrants
E) Collect orders –a receipt will be emailed to the customer and to you
F) Login to the event manager and see reports and download excel reports
G) Receive money directly to your account or have Regclick mail out a check
H) Setup more events from same login |
